I agree that little funding amount is disappointing. Why waste your efforts for less than $2-3M?
I think the 16 September Form 4s were just Dr. Welch (250,000) and Dr. Kelly (750,000) receiving stock options with $.385 strike prices.....not actually buying shares at this point. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
