You’re welcome Gold49er. My take is corporate would have to approve a franchise’s ventures. In fact that would be paramount. A hotel can’t risk its franchise relationship because revenue from any venture like this has to make the hotel better and be met with approval. Mark says there is a chain now interested. If this hotel was not part of a franchise and was say - Joe’s Bed and Breakfast - then one could say there may not be a possibility of more to come from it. Time will tell as Mark would say.
