The CEO handed over 1.3B in common stock while failing to mention he's taking 25 million preferred, only to really have that 1.3B in common stock end up in the hands of the Canouses in the form of toxic debt at horrendously friendly terms to them... yeah, you don't need to look at the closing price to know that this guy's intention was never to benefit shareholders, it was to use them.
