As far as CYDY employees go, I blamed NR because this falls under his umbrella. That said, it is most likely the result of a lack of communication between clinical and commercial development, I haven't looked into it, but probably 2 completely different contracted organization. Hard to say how this fell through the cracks, but it did. With all the moving parts, added requests, and outsourcing of development/clinical research, its more much more understandable however.
