The effective $BCAP bid is at $0.0005 already. I had a GTC order on the bid at $0.0004 for days that was only partially filled (~150k). I pulled the bid because its not worth having it there with such small fills. If people want to sell I'll put it back because I'm an acquirer.

Bottom line is the float is locked. If you didn't know there was a 2.36B O/S you wouldn't know it from the number of shares traded daily (4M daily average in January 2013).

When $BCAP runs it should be pretty large.
