Dilution can't end until there's enough revenue to pay the bills and there's no way to predict when that will happen.

Even when big deals are announced, there can be a significant lag time until money hits the books, so, at this point, there's nothing really substantive to move share price north.

Potential, yes, very much, but it's also a matter of how and when it's realized. It seems we may have come as far as we can on potential alone.
