Orlando, not to take away from doc's response, however probably. It also cleans up the 1:1 dividend that happens on 10/29. And some naysayers were saying this wasn't going to happen, that wasn't going to happen, this is tied to that so it won't happen...enough, so Joe took that away from them. The shares are retired. The 1:1 dividend happens on 10/29. Hopefully an uplist happens before then. The annual shareholder meeting is before 10/29. Smile!!!!
