True - most of the people who know about and understand how the share retirement will affect pps are tapped out already. Or already have too many eggs in one basket.

I think that is part of the issue. People who have a goodly number of shares as the PPS rises are hesitant to purchase more. It is hard to believe the PPS could go to $4 overnight based on the share structure. The $2 thing scared some also. Fear may be a greater emotion than greed at the current time. Got to have new investors buying in to as of yet unknown news and completion of the NAZ uplisting.
