MRMD financials are horrible. They are loosing bunch of money although they make reasonable revenue but their overhead and other expenses are really bad (too high). If we have revenue from other subsidiaries once we become new company under new name I don't see we pass the mention PPS in a very short time. Like minimum 100X of current PPS. Hmmm. I will take that anytime.

I expect our revenue to be much much higher than MRMD.
