Question....the July 29th press release indicated a positive opinion on A-273 for Rett Syndrome by COMP at the EMA for orphan drug designation. The PR indicated that the opinion would be forwarded to the European Commission and if approved would be granted orphan drug designation within 30 days. I just checked the EMA orphan drug database and it looks like the designation was issued on August 21st. Did I miss this completely?
