Well this is confusing:
From the 9/3 PR-
"Additionally, on the pay date, I will be retiring the nearly 21 million pool shares to significantly limit the dilution effect of the dividend on shareholders."
I'm sure a more recent PR said "next week".
Maybe it doesn't officially happen until the dividend pay date.
