I just want to put this out here, not to indicate a positive or negative view related to the current state of ONCI, the pps, or the Q report - just making a couple of objective observations.
1. The report seems to tell us, generally, "nothing new here, same 'ol."
[this could be viewed as positive or negative... depending on your vantage point]
2. There is one thing that stands out as a positive indicator (to me), and it is that this is the 3rd quarter in a row with substantial cash collected. About $820K this time around, and $600K the previous 2 quarters. Well on-track for cash-collected revenue of $2.5M+ annual run rate ($600K + $600K + $820K + $????).
