This may be a dumb question, but am I right to assume that the $90 million in milestone payments is separate from the $50 million in launch costs that the partner has agreed to pay?
Is there typically a milestone payment for BLA submission? If so, shouldn’t CYDY get a payment in the OCT/NOV timeframe? But then again, didn’t NP say he was securing funding for the rest of the year? So either no BLA submission payment or the BLA isn’t going to be submitted until JAN20?
