A Question...when a publicly traded company gets involved with a "lender" in a PIPE transaction, don't traders usually test the lender to see if they are truly long the stock or if they will dump and take built-in profits (from discounted shares)?
Has anyone ever been involved in these PIPE type of transactions when a company needs cash to advance the ball ? Thanks
