After extensive DD, we might be able to decifer the company's intended silence, after you read the Board's Intro which i edited completely i came to the conclusion that The Powell Group is quietly aquiring the shares off the market as i suspected, i had no logical explanation for it until now.

So we already know that Spearhead Ltd Inc a subsidiary of Spearhead Management Canada Limited was aquired by The Powell Group sometime in 2010 not only that TPG owns 4 other companies but from the original site of Canada's Industry about Information and Communications Technologies (ICT), Spearhead Management Canada Limited has earnings posted of Total Sales $CDN ): $10,000,000 to $24,999,999.

With 200 Mil authorized shares if we assume the company has a minimum of $CDN 10 MIL in sales, we are looking at a PPS value of .0505.

At a maximum of $CDN 25 Mil in sales, we are looking at a PPS value of .1262 almost 13 cents.

So it is quite posible that the company might want to buy out all the remaining shares and go private.

For the 1st time a Canadian company trading in the Pink Sheets is not filing and not pumping a stock almost as if they dont want to be noticed, so far they have been doing a great job at beign absent, but quick bursts of accumulation take place at a constant rate without fail, and there is plenty of info online about the company doing great. JMHO
