My question on that note is what happens if Congress or the Berkheimer case were to transpire to where it strengthens our legal position so much to where we would win any case of infringement? Could this be a case, if the proceedings of Congress or Berkheimer take too long to be in time for SA, that all of the infringers we have yet to go after would be sitting ducks and we might not get SA but we could get many others?
