The only way I see someone selling 40c shares this week is if they are replacing them with 40c share + 1/2 warrant next week or the note holder which can convert below 40c again until the company has enough cash to not pay with shares, or a flipper trying to scrap 50 bucks. Otherwise is makes no sense to me with the news coming.
