All matters discussed at the meeting has to already have been presented to the public in some form of PR so as not to give those in attendance an investing advantage over those not in attendance.

That is why we could see a PR the morning of the the meeting released at the same hour the meeting starts.

With only 30 or so in attendance (based on what has been given as the size of the meeting room) I doubt anything new is going to be released at the meeting.

Could be very soon after the meeting, though, that news cold be coming out.
