Given the tight financial spot cytodyn was negotiating from, 90M milestone + 50% royalties, just for US HIV, I think they got a great deal, much higher than average. That 50% will quickly make up for a lower milestone. The 90M number would be 24c per share for every outstanding share, just on that deal alone, and people are selling at 39c right now.
