He keeps getting chipped. It's likely just a retail order from one of the fliptards. They have no idea how to scale out. Besides, they are too cheap to pay an extra five or ten bucks for commission......even though they would get a better execution, and maybe a better price on part of it.

The people who taught me how to trade 20 years ago drummed into my head that commissions shouldn't even be a consideration when entering and exiting positions. These kids today can't even fathom a concept like that.
