There is a lot going on with NuGenerex to keep investors interested and excited. However, it was delisting from NASDAQ and the 1000:1 R/S that caused the demise of "OlGenerex". The 1:20 dividend, the anticipated distribution of the NGIO shares, and the 1:1 upcoming dividend will mitigate the R/S, but the major event will be the return to NASDAQ. Without the uplisting NuGenerex will never be a real company. The PPS will always be manipulated by the MM's, daytraders, and naked shorters. No matter what events occur, NuGenerex investors have to keep their focus on the efforts of Donohoe and mgmt.
