I'm wondering if the company and Nasdaq have decided to postpone uplisting until after the shares are retired. That would give us a higher pps for entry onto the Nasdaq. Also, they want to avoid at all costs having the pps go below 2 after the 1:1 div. If we have a higher price of well over $3.50 on the day of the uplisting, it makes us seem more stable and prosperous and may attract more new buyers
