Yeah, this is a strange situation for them. Usually they get the financing deal done before the big news is released to the public. The company should have moved the shareholders vote back to November like last year. Then they wouldn't have to announce the potential deal publicly to get some votes to pass and others not already in the stock wouldn't have gotten a warning to jump in before it takes off.
