I believe the deal would be for all HIV sales in the US. It would be hard to separate by mono or combo, so they would be offering for all imo. There are different ways to separate out say cancer, ohm made a suggestion, which to me seems the easiest to implement, change the name of leronlimab to something else for cancer.
