I think it’s clear to me now. Whoever Cydy reached out to to participate in the next placing that’s the one keeping a lid on the share price. Obviously it was not allowed to surpass 40 cents. This party just wants to make sure he’ll be getting his shares for an as low as possible price. Once the placing is all over and done with it can fly.
