SOLGREEN PROPERTIES, INC. is planning to lease spaces in its cannabis development located in the Coachella Valley (Palm Springs area) California. The site plans to have over 150,000 sq ft of cultivation space – which will make it one of the largest in the state and will also feature an additional 50,000 sq ft of space for manufacturing and extraction companies. After completion applications will be accepted for cannabis cultivators, manufacturing and extraction companies. Additionally, SolGreen Properties is in talks with an Organic Cannabis Cultivator (Grower) for a significant portion of the space.

"We intend to recycle land into premium cannabis developments with state-of-the-art facilities, yet, with reduced costs to grow thanks to our solar and other green technology implementations designed to lower costs to our leasing customers," said Tareef Talala, Co-Founder of SolGreen Properties. SolGreen Properties will offer the site to premium organic brands and industry-leading companies that fit our model of environmentally conscious businesses. The facility will house growers, producers, processors, testing labs, packaging companies and distributors, all in one complex.

SolGreen Properties is working with expert cannabis consultants to ensure that every detail, from land planning to compliance to facility layout, was completed to the highest quality and green-tech standards. In addition, our team of top experts in the field of recycling land into usable green space is unparalleled thanks to Dr. Ian Webster, who has over 25 years experience in major solar and green technologies projects including brownfield revitalization. In addition, our COO, Tareef Talala is a former City Planner and successful entrepreneur of over 100M in revenue from his Coachella Valley business.

Reduced Costs:
