$LAHO - Today I received a return call from the SEC.

They told me that LAHO was suspended do to late filings, which we already knew.

I asked what alerted the SEC to LAHO, an anonymous call etc? They couldn't answer that question.

I asked what the details were of the agreement that LAHO had reached with them? They couldn't answer that question.

They referred me back to LAHO with each question.

I tried to catch that person at the SEC off guard and see if I could get anything like that answered.......nope.

I tried to get us all a little more info., but to no avail.
