Yes it all does look and sounds great.
Just one little thing: the financing.
We're all happy about 50% royalties, but we would be far better off if that would have been 45% with a large upfront payment.
Now we're looking at what? A 15% dilution coming up?
Better lose 10% on specific royalties than 15% of everything.
Somehow they just don't seem to get that there is no one willing to pay over 40 cents for new shares.
