My guess is that the offer that had significant upfront payments is the one that was not accepted......maybe the royalty was much less and we don't need $2.32B now, we only need $90M (or $40M if $50M of this is for launch....wasn't clear even when I re-listened) to get revenues......50% royalty is much better than 20% longer term. Just my thoughts.
