No upfront, but I quess if the agreement ist based on submitting BLA and there is maybe one milestone due, its basically the same as an upfront some what.
Trding, lets contact mgmt to get rid of that damn Convertibe Note, then better raise the open 3-3.5Mill.$ for the note on Top.
