I think it's not clear he can't say.
I can understand a partner not wanting him to name names.
But can see no harm in telling Cydy stakeholders that by signing of the contract an amount of X will be received, when BLS is submitted Y and so on and so on.
What harm could that do to a partner that is unknown?
This again leaves room for speculation. Maybe they'll receive the full 90 million only if FDA approval is received.
Then we've got to finance the next 6-9 months or so.
