I agree that the sound quality was horrible, fire the multimedia person, but no need to rip on NP about it. I think they were using a crappy conference phone. Need to hear it again, but he went over all the first payment of 50 million, and 10 for additional milestones, then said 50% royalties.. Definitely need to hear it again. I had to turn my phone volume almost all the way down and up to my ear to get rid of some of the noise.
