NRs' angst is easily explained
NR literally CANT get actual P2O investors
(vs those who play them on various SMBs) to *sell* PTOI *shares*

since P2O was wrested back in 2013

PTOI has had washed efforts by NR of 36M~ (2013/2014)

&

PTOI has had washed efforts by NR of 13M~ (2017/2018)

YTD PTOI Volume @ the EO August 2019 ~ 10,408,250

add that to 450 Shareholders of Record (1 of whom is the DTC)
and the Q that was due last month being filed yesterday

and it's understandable that NR has a wee bit of angst

every effort since *resetting* PTOI to 10c @ the EO 2013
to part actual P2O investors out of their *shares* .. has failed

but what galls NR the most *imo* is there are no *leaks* out RH & BoD
factor that with PTOI's beyond enviable Share Structure (an asset)
and NRs' abusive short (a bigger asset) in PTOI .. and NRs' *3c* line in the sand
on *ask* >> blows wide open << with P2O's ability to execute just one of the *imo* options in play
