I fail to see why no PR would be issued about this non binding agreement.
The intention of it is to get to a binding agreement that will have a significant impact on the business.
I feel this non binding agreement deserves a PR much more than the announcement of initiating 8 low cost preclinical trials for instance.
By issuing a PR the webcast audience number might be higher and the impact of disclosing details about the non binding agreement might be greater.
A reason I can think of for not issuing a PR is that our partner doesn’t want the market to know about it.
The very thought of that initiates some angst that very little will be told about the content (leaving us in the dark).
Looks like no PR pre market. Next stop in hopeland: trading halt announcement.
