I would have expected a press release. Normally Cydy releases those around 06:00 AM EST.
If a recall correctly most companies do that around 08:00 AM EST.
As Cydy is late
I do expect the non-binding agreement news will be released simultaneously with our partner around 08:00 AM EST.
Not long now.
