Leo has said that he feels B-OM is a "Company Maker". I see that as him saying he understands the value based on the EMA/FDA protocols for Phase 3. I think he is holding this indication tight and working to get other indications to a point to be licensed with upfront funds to then go at B-OM alone. I think IPIX received very favorable terms for Phase 3 and someone would have to offer a lot of $$ for IPIX to license. If management feels B-OM is a lock to get approved then they will find funds from other indications to proceed the phase 3 and then control every card for a large BP to get distribution rights since they will be able to market right away.
