Dear Shareholders, September 11, 2019
On August 14,2019 I reported that were undergoing the required independent PTCRB test of the
BC66-mPCIe modem board. I am very happy to announce that we passed the test with flying
colors! This is another key milestone achievement in our evolution. This modem board is the
essential data driver and the heart within our IoT devices – enabling data uplink and downlink
transmission to and from our critical NB IoT applications. We are now proceeding with FCC
certification and moving this product much closer to the marketplace and revenue generation.
