is the limit for 'regular' retail investors/traders. One
needs access to Level 3 that some MM's offer
though very costly...aka 'The Dark Pool'
To me its shows much interest from Big Money!
Last trade was .015380 for example.
It shows the lack of transparency in the market
for non paying people for this paid advantage.
They can undercut the 'ask' or over bid the bids
showing on L2 that most of us watch.
