This is probably from someone who bought into the offering last week. About 5 million shares for $2.3 mil. If NP has good news Thurs, I wish they would have waited on the offering, but maybe they wanted/needed some wiggle room just in case things take longer than anticipated?
This person/people probably have stockpiled a lot of warrants and shares so they are probably just playing risk off.
If RP hadn't been fired, the TO would have probably generated $2.3 mil more (some investors pulled their funds when they found out) and the last offering would not have been needed. Also, we might have TNBC data by now which could be a game changer.
