In essence, NP is raising the value of CYDY with each new Phase II in merger or partnership negotiations. The NP was attacked as to why it was doing this and did not focus on HIV, there was no saying that CYDY was going alone, it was just a tactic in the negotiations, clearly with the BLA completed these negotiations would be very successful and quickly over.
