now it's important to note that August 2019 .. IPIX had the lowest *volume*
reported by month for all of 2019 ~ 5,944,928

more about that in another post ..

==============================

this is IPIX's volume by month in 2019 as reported to Finra .. and the number of MMs/ECNs who reported (total)
there are only 3 MMs that matter re: IPIX .. and it's been the case for years now (CDEL/ETRF/NITE )

note in the giant shell game that NR utilizes .. CANT is now GTSM

currently lowest volume is last month .. August 2019 @ 5M~
currently highest volume is not surprisingly .. May 2019 @ 23M~
3 PRIMARY MMs highest % reported is last month .. August 2019 @ 90.98%
3 PRIMARY MMs lowest % reported is February 2019 @ 76.96%

when it comes to OTC targets that *outlast* NRs' *efforts* (NR being upside down significantly for years) and NR being unable to *control* outcomes (kill order fails
due to mgmt's awareness and/or ability to execute in spite of NRs' efforts) .. NR has few options .. (previously outlined) .. but it's the exposure of what is done by NR (and how) that seemingly provokes NRs' angst .. cue the *effort* ..
