It would be absolutely ludricous to base a merger on a share price and not on (fair) value.

I do not even see a merger based on Cydy's share price as a remote possibility.

I do not believe for one second NP would "give away" all the multiple billion dollar value assets.

You don't really believe that too I think (it's just angst thinking otherwise).
