The seller was hiding on l2. The .397 didn't show on l2, but shows on ask posted on the tape. I have seen it before, but rarely, it happened yesterday to at .395. But they are probably about out of their 100k shares to sell daily. It is a business model. They put in $10M, they get back $15M-20M. So a double for them is still $10M dollars. I've seen it with other stock, stock I knew was going to run, they still sell. If no retail sellers decide to start selling again at 40c, maybe we break above 40c today and start working our way back up.
