I just came across your post about filing the SEC complaint. Great write up! It is certainly justified.

I hope something comes of it. Parsi has certainly scammed the investors over the years. I think his initial idea for the restaurant was sincere, but he overpaid himself from the start and continued to make more money than the company itself did.
