It's great that NP has signed a non binding agreement.
There is an agreement that parties intend to transform into a binding agreement.
It signals there is a party interested in getting their hands on our HIV treatment and that the conditions are favourable enough for Cydy to get into that deal.
It also signals to other parties: if you're really interested you'd better hurry up, this might be your last change! (It is non binding so Cydy should be free to take better deals).
Pfizer should be very much interested. Leronlimab is far superior to their Maraviroc and it will kill all Pfizers prospects of using the CCR5 mechanism in cancer. It's also a real threat to Maravirocs HIV market.
Pfizer would not enter a completely new ball game. They know the ins and outs of CCR5. Leronlimab is very valuable to them because it's so threatening to them.
Pfizer show your cards!
