I tried posting this earlier but the site went down as I submitted it so I apologize if it shows up twice.
To keep it short and sweet this time the point I wanted to bring up is that announcing the NGIO spinoff with a target date is new. Prior we were told that that would only happen with uplist so to me that means the uplist is imminent. Joe has stayed that the uplist was required to facilitate purchasing the public company that will be the vehicle for NGIO. The next 6 weeks look good.
