Yes, it may be as simple as they have all the FDA requested data, but now the FDA wants/needs it packaged in a certain way which will require a little additional time? It doesn't sound like anything too big and as long as revenue begins early in Q2 and CytoDyn can get a license agreement in place to commercialization the concerns should be in the rear-view mirror.
