Yeah exactly. We don't know how many and at what price and if they are restricted in some way. Or even if they were used at all!
But by putting the pool shares in the treasury, they are removed from the shares outstanding so that can help with our valuation. And they are still available for Joe to use them to acquire all this wonderful potential!
