Acadia claims that their new drug works against dementia-related psychosis.
There are questions about clinical trial design, but even though this doesn't do anything against the disease itself, it can certainly make caring for these patients much easier, not to mention how much better it is for the patient not to have these terribly distressing (and dangerous) symptoms.
