I generally agree with your observation regardless of whether the action by the CEO is right or wrong. At the end, he cleared a substantial amount of debt this past two years, particularly with LAM.
The filing showed that we have $80,000 Worth of notes that are due in the March/April, 2020 timeframe or in 7 months from now.
Hopefully, the CEO can deliver enough during this period to regain trust and advance the business.
